It is often cured by clearing your browser cache and restartin the browser.

• Can I view incorrect answers after marking
• When I try to take a test, the page either times out, or I get the following message on screen: "Network Error (tcp_error). A communication error occurred: The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time."
• Can the questions be saved to a computer hard drive for later practice.
• My Kaspersky anti-virus programme says there is a trojan virus on the test page and blocks the page.
• I need to remove limitations/restrictions from my licence. Do you do a special package for just the part modules I need, or can I purchase access to just part modules?
